Mainstay Suites Near Denver Downtown

I came here for 1 night and had a such great stay. Fairly clean, brand-new hotel, I enjoyed exceptionally comfortable rooms and absolutely kind staff. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with large fridge, a pull out couch, kitchen as expected. The location was comfy and marvellous - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Also, Rising Sun Distillery was 1 mile away. The food was decent, had a wide range of options.

There was shuttle missing, I was a little disappointed.

The desk lacked outlets and USB plugs!!! The couch was oversized and cramped!!! The bathtub had residue on the seams, and there were insufficient outlets available!!!

It was just a balanced option for a quick layover in Denver with real value for money. The front desk staff were nice and got us checked in quickly.

Our stay in the queen suite was cozy, and we loved the heated pool and spa area, which were perfect for relaxing. The only downside was a small issue with the shower tub having a patch—not a big deal though! I'd recommend checking out the pool area. it's a nice touch for a family getaway. 😊

The room was spacious, great for our luggage. We had two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. A kitchenette we didn't use but was nice to have. The gym and pool access were good too. It was a pretty comfortable setup for a family trip.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Had accessible features like a desk and sofa bed. Kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator. A stovetop. They had an indoor pool and fitness center, nice. Breakfast offered freshly baked croissants and organic juices.

The MainStay Suites in Denver had a good location. We appreciated having a kitchenette in our room, even though we didn't use it much. The laundry facility was convenient as well. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't all positive. The front desk staff didn't provide helpful information during check-in, made things a bit frustrating. The room itself felt rundown with several maintenance issues. There were problems with cleanliness that were hard to overlook. The pool was too cold for my kids, disappointing. We also noticed the absence of a manager's reception this time around, a letdown after having enjoyed it on a previous visit. The hotel needs some improvements in cleanliness and amenities to meet guests' expectations better.

Great location but service needs improvement

I appreciated the central location, easy to access attractions in Denver. The service was disappointing, with multiple cleanliness issues in my room and a lack of attentiveness from the staff regarding complaints. The kitchenette was a nice touch, but it couldn't was nice.

The overall experience was disappointing due to the unpleasant odor in the room and rude staff. The gym was limited with only a treadmill and dumbbells. The location felt unsafe, especially with some homeless individuals loitering nearby. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel staff were generally helpful.

The location is convenient, close to attractions. The indoor pool is a great feature, especially in winter. My room had a functional kitchenette which was helpful for meal prep. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A comfortable stay.

The staff here were super kind and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. 🌟 the location was great, right near all the shops. the room was awesome, it had a cool pull-out couch and a little kitchen area that was perfect.
